I will demonstrate how to make textiles suitable for complete garments or designed around specific areas such as necklines, borders or back features. With the addition of matching embellishments and Trims.

Techniques will include layering, several styles of appliqué, cutwork, mosaicing, hand and machine Freestyle embroidery and stitch work—vintage beadwork, fabric painting, and making braids. The list is endless.

An inspirational mix of Sheers, Wools, Silks, Metallics, lace, Threads, and vintage finds.

I will share an array of samples to offer inspiration on how to apply these methods for today’s trends—keeping the ‘Look’ Stylish, Creative and Modern Day Couture.
