This is all before we get to specific needs, such as full bust adjustments, shoulder variations and the obvious height differences, plus so much more!

So what should we do? Where do we begin? And where do we end up? I shall explain behind the ‘seams’ of the pattern companies and how they work. Also, your body type and height and how this relates to these patterns.

With the correct beginning, the rest is easy. Then we can concentrate on personal adaptations by understanding why and finally the how. Through this process, we will achieve winning results that will always flatter your final design.

I come at this subject from various angles so you can see how each move affects everything you do next from taking one simple measurement to achieving a smooth line.
